Turned an older shed into my smoke shack. I’m really surprised how well the exhaust works. Grab a beer, let’s watch the game!

I like that you have a fire blanket and an extinguisher. You should get a co alarm too you know just in case it’s lingering around. Maybe I’m not seeing it. Nice set up though I wanna do the same thing.

Man, your smoker must seal better than mine. There’s a little bit leaking out here and there from time to time on mine. I’d be super concerned with carbon monoxide.

How are you gauging the effectiveness of the exhaust? “Vibes” isn’t really good enough because smoke contains a lot of really bad stuff that you can’t see or smell. You definitely need a CO monitor in there, and I would also set up an air quality monitor. It would not surprise me at all if the AQI in there is 200-300 when the smoker is running.
Overall this seems like a very bad idea.

Needs a piss funnel.

So what do you do with all the heat and smoke? You’re going to need some mucho ventilation, amigo!
Edit: And yes, very cool! But there’s a reason these are mostly outside.
But seriously this is freaking awesome! A fantastic idea executed perfectly! I hope all the hard work you put into this pays off with the smokiest of meats, chillests of beers, and fullfilling memories!

Amazing but beware my pit boss classic just went full blown on fire after 7 years at the end of cooking chicken tenders for a salad ………. I only mention it because what you’ve done is absolutely awesome truly ……..so maybe try to be prepared for the worst just in case god forbid it happens ……… I wish I had something like that I’d be grilling instead of making frozen chicken in this pouring rain ……. A little jealous can’t lie ……. Good luck with it!!!!!

Sorry but that doesn’t even look appealing to me
No way would I trust the ventilation in there.
And as others have said, that’s going to get way too hot when you’re cooking in summer.

In the Sims when you do this it starts a fire.
Why would you smoke meats indoors?
